Boarding with parkside pups

At Parkside Pups, we understand how important it is for your dog to feel comfortable and secure, even when you're away. That's why we offer in-home boarding, where our trusted, experienced walkers stay with your pup in their own environment for the duration of your trip. This service is designed to ensure your dog feels safe, relaxed, and well-cared for, just as if you were still at home.

How It Works:​

  • Booking: If you are a new client, please fill out the New Client Form to begin. We will set up a complimentary consultation to get to know you and your pup. If you are a current client, please submit a boarding request through your Time to Pet portal. Once approved, we will proceed with confirming your booking and matching you with a qualified pet walker in your area who will be available throughout your pet’s boarding stay.

  • Meet-and-Greet with Your Assigned Walker:
    Prior to the start of the boarding stay, we will schedule a meet-and-greet with the assigned walker. This ensures both you and your pet are comfortable with the walker, and that all logistics are clearly outlined for a seamless experience.

Holiday Pricing:

​Boardings will incur a holiday surcharge of $20 on top of the normal fee if booked for the following holidays:

 

New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Indigenous People's Day, Christmas eve, Christmas Day

Cancellation Policy:

Same day cancellations have a fee of 50% of the complete boarding fee if cancelled 24 hours or less.
